One way in which we protect your information is to have two locations: One humble office where we receive mail, and meet with vendors or other business partners, and do our general business. We prefer not to meet with clients directly, as our system works best when it is followed to the letter. However, if you must meet with us, this is where we will be. Our processing center (located at an undisclosed facility) is where our documents are processed and our data stored, with backups stored at very secure external sites, to prevent loss in the case of a building mishap.  No one is allowed entry into the processing center unless they have legitimate business there (facility or computer repairs, for example).

We keep short office hours, as most of our work is done in the processing center. We are in the office from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm (later if the mail hasn't been delivered, or if we have a lot of office work to complete). After that, we will be at the processing center, working exclusively on documents. As we grow, we expect we will have permanent staff in both locations during all business hours, or maybe around the clock.
